Arno Biwer
Group Leader Environment Policies, Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST), Luxembourg
Arno studied in Germany, the UK and the US, and holds a diploma in Environmental Science, a PhD in Technical Biochemistry and a Masters in European Public Management.
After a few years in consulting, he moved to LIST, where he leads the Environmental Policies group within the Environmental Research and Innovation Department (ERIN) that, among others, runs the national REACH&CLP Helpdesk and contribute to ECHA’s Committees.
