Evelyn is dedicated to preventing occupational diseases as a result of exposure to chemicals. She has worked for many years in research environments (Universities and TNO) as a policy advisor for the construction industry, and in 2016 she joined DOW in a global role as Hazard Awareness expert, REACH risk assessor and industrial hygiene auditor.
Her educational background includes a doctorate in occupational epidemiology (the University of Utrecht, the Netherlands) and a Masters in Environmental Sciences (specialised in Industrial Hygiene) from the Wageningen University.
