Greg Sullivan
Greg directs a division of attorneys, scientists, engineers, and inspectors responsible for developing and implementing national policy for the Toxic Substances Control Act enforcement program, as well as FIFRA, RCRA, CAA section 112(r) and EPCRA/CERCLA civil administrative and judicial enforcement programs. The division also directly assures compliance with, and initiates and resolves enforcement cases under, each of the above statutory areas.
Greg has previously worked as an attorney and manager in Superfund and RCRA corrective action enforcement. Greg’s B.A. is from Western Washington University, Bellingham, Washington, and J.D. is from the American University, Washington College of Law, Washington, D.C. He is a member of the New York state bar.
