David G. Beaudreau Jr.
David Beaudreau, Jr. is Senior Vice President with DCLRS, a government relations firm based in Arlington, VA. He has 15 years of legislative affairs and regulatory policy experience, managing agriculture, renewable energy, biofuels, and related issues.
He has an in-depth understanding of federal legislative and regulatory processes, and technical proficiency in policy research, analysis, and presentation. He is co-founder and Executive Director of the US Biostimulant Coalition – a coalition comprised of 23 biostimulant companies, which promotes regulatory consensus between state and federal regulatory agencies and is working to develop standards for biostimulants products.
A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, David earned a BA in Political Science from Allegheny College as well as an M.P.S. degree from the George Washington University’s Graduate School of Political Management.
