Liu Xiaojian, engineer, has been working in the Solid Waste and Chemical Management Center, MEP since 2010. I have 6 years of experiences on new chemical management legislation and notification dossier verification. I have participated in drafting ecotoxicological test method of the "Guidelines for Testing of Chemicals" and a number of chemicals environmental management research projects. Now I’m responsible for the new chemical substance notification guidance documents revision.
