Silvia is a food chemist by training and holds a PhD in toxicology. After several years in the chemical industry with a focus on bioanalytics and metabolomics, she switched to scientific consulting in 2012. Her responsibilities covered all BPR activities ranging from preparation and defence of active substance and product authorisation dossiers to project and task force/consortia management.
In 2018, she founded spectra Consult, an independent consulting company, and continues to support the chemical and biocidal industry with integrated and tailored-to-needs strategies for regulatory compliance in the European Union.
