Environmental and Natural Resources Engineer with more than 6 years of experience in environmental management in public and private sector companies, with specializations in environmental legislation and hazardous waste management. He also has training in the application of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (United Nations Purple Book) taught by UNITAR (United Nations). In this sense, he has experience in the management of chemical substances and the application of international conventions and/or agreements on the environmentally sound management of chemicals and waste of which our country is a part, that is, the Minamata Conventions on mercury, of Stockholm on COP and Rotterdam.
