Linda Birnbaum is a Scientist Emeritus and Former Director of both the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences and the National Toxicology program. She is also a Scholar in Residence in the Nicholas School of the Environment of Duke University and holds multiple adjunct professors and honorary doctorates. She has published over 1000 peer reviewed papers, book chapters, technical reports, and abstracts. Dr. Birnbaum continues to mentor others and create “good trouble”.
