Masakazu Shimosawa is the Policy Manager within the JBCE Secretariat responsible for the REACH Working Group under the Environmental and Energy Committee.
He served as Manager of the Regulatory Affairs Group at the Japanese chemical company "ADEKA Corporation", accumulating more than 10 years of experience in global chemical substance regulatory management. His expertise spans from EU REACH to the regulatory landscapes of the US, Canada, Japan, Korea, China and Turkey. Since 2023, he has been the Manager of Environmental Regulatory and REACH Compliance Affairs at ADEKA Europe GmbH in Germany.
