Useful information

Internet browsers: We advise that you use Google Chrome to access the virtual conference. Other browsers, like Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge, can be used but have some limited features.

Internet connection: To watch the conference as smoothly as possible, we recommend closing other tabs you might have open and asking other members of your household/office not to stream music or videos while the conference is in progress. You can also move closer to your WiFi router and connect via ethernet cable to improve your internet connection.

How to watch live: All you need is an internet connection, the event link and a viewing device such as a laptop, desktop computer, tablet, smartphone, or smart television. For the best viewing experience, we recommend watching on a larger screen in your home/office – usually a computer or laptop. There’s no need to download anything.

Take a tour of the virtual event platform

Presentations: All presentations can be accessed during and after the virtual conference. We will share slides straight to your computers, phones or other viewing devices so you can download them.

Questions: You can ask questions to our panel of speakers during the presentations using the online chat platform. All questions will be anonymous. To ask a question, just type your question into the text box at the bottom of your screen and press send.

Live and pre-recorded presentations: Some of the presentations during the virtual conference will be pre-recorded by our speakers and some will be live. This is to make sure the event runs on time, to fit your busy schedule. The panel discussions will be live, so you are welcome to ask your questions to the speakers in real time.

Attend from anywhere, at any time: You don’t need to travel to attend our virtual events. Plus, with the recorded presentations made available to you once the conference has finished, you can watch them again whenever suits you best.

Multiple attendees from one organisation: Each delegate attending the virtual event will have their own individual login. This is so you can each ask your own questions. For discounts on multiple delegates, please contact us at events@chemicalwatch.com

Unable to attend live? To get the most out of your virtual conference experience, we advise that you tune in live, so you can ask the experts questions and get regulatory updates as they are discussed. However, if the times don't work for you or you are unable to clear your diary, you can catch up with the video recordings and slides for all the presentations.
