Mr. Wenk is internationally recognized global product stewardship and regulatory affairs professional with over 27 years of experience successfully directing and developing domestic and international product stewardship and regulatory compliance programs in multiple Fortune 100 companies. He pairs extensive regulatory expertise with a well-developed understanding of corporate operations, providing a highly unique blend of business operations knowledge and technical acumen. Well-versed in corporate mergers and acquisitions, specifically regulatory due diligence for acquisition of global chemical manufacturing firms. Among these were a $200 million pulp and paper chemicals business as well as a $110 million polymer chemical manufacturing firm.

Olivier has a background as a chemical engineer and started his career as a consultant and later head of section in safety risk management. Since he moved to Bangkok, Olivier has worked as a consultant for UNEP in the then SAICM Secretariat. He is currently under the chemicals and health branch of UNEP and supports the work of SAICM’s successor, the Global Framework on Chemicals.

I am Mahamooda Nusreen. From SGS Dubai. Currently, I’m working as Senior Certification Officer for SABER//SFDA/GCC Programs having an experience in the same field for 4 years. I have pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Biotechnology in the year 2017, Since then I have worked for a year in Biocon, India under Microbiology Department followed by a year of exposure as Product Specialist and Business Development Executive in BYJU education app.

Margo-Ann Werner is a Legal Director at Pinsent Masons, specialising in environmental, mining and energy law. Margo has extensive experience in respect of environmental, mining and energy regulatory considerations and has worked on numerous projects and matters relating to relating to energy generation and infrastructure development; extended producer responsibility and development of a circular economy and associated waste management; climate change litigation and considerations; administrative appeals and reviews; general environmental advisory in the mining; cement manufacturing; food manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries.  

Shimshon Roth lives in Jerusalem, Israel and works remotely for global businesses providing regulatory monitoring services covering the Israeli chemicals control legislation.

Frederik is responsible for REACHLaw Sales. Since 2004, he has been working in depth with EU Chemicals Regulations: REACH and CLP as well as REACH-like regulations globally including UK REACH, Turkey KKDIK and Eurasia REACH. As of late, the interphase between product and waste legislation has also become an area of interest.

Melih has several years’ experience in dealing with Global Chemical Control legislation. He established CRAD A.S. as a founder partner having worked in the chemical industry for 16 years. He then formed CRAD adding a team of regulatory consultants with professional expertise. He and his team now provide support to a large number of clients on REACH, CLP and Turkish Regulatory compliance.

Mr. Peter Asewe is a chemist by background with over 10 years as a chemical industries and associations consultant with specialty in HAZMAT, GHS, CBRN, GMP, water management, Responsible care RC 14001, Chemicals and waste management.  He is an active member of the Responsible Care Kenya, Kenya Chemical society and Kenya association of manufacturers. He has played a key role in establishment of Responsible Care Kenya.

Kim joined Enhesa Product Intelligence in 2023 and is responsible for overseeing and developing analytical content, tools and training courses to assist the industry in navigating through complex compliance frameworks for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
