Kaitlyn represents clients in litigation relating to chemicals in the environmental, including FIFRA data compensation matters, as well as enforcement and regulatory matters under FIFRA, TSCA, CERCLA, and CAA.
She advises clients in major contamination cases under the hazardous waste and Superfund laws concerning alleged environmental releases and defends clients in complex product liability matters relating to the presence of certain chemicals in products.
