Eric Miederhoff
Eric is the Branch Chief of the Reevaluation Branch in the Antimicrobials Division (AD) in the EPA Office of Pesticides. The Re-evaluation Branch administers the Registration Review program for Antimicrobial Pesticides. EPA reviews each registered pesticide at least every 15 years to ensure that each pesticide can carry out its intended function(s) without creating unreasonable adverse effects to human health and the environment. Eric has been with the EPA since 2007 when he joined the Pesticide Re-evaluation Division. In 2015, Eric joined the Antimicrobials Division serving as a Product Manager. After completing a temporary assignment in the EPA Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance, Eric returned to AD in early 2023 as the Branch Chief of the Reevaluation Branch.
Eric holds a B.A. in English Literature from Randolph Macon College and a M.S. in Environmental Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University.
