David Tyrer
David is an environmental policy and economics expert with nearly 20 years’ professional experience. He joined Logika Group in 2020 to help establish and grow a new environmental policy and economics team. Prior to this he held equivalent roles in a multinational consultancy, in a think tank and public policy research and consultancy. David has extensive experience providing policy and economic analysis to the European Commission and its agencies, for UK and European Member State governments, for the United Nations and the private sector - in the UK, Europe, Asia and North America in the context of chemicals policy, particularly REACH. He is currently leading the contractor team supporting the Commission with the substitution planning project.
