Neil Finley
Neil Finley graduated in Chemical Engineering from the University of Manchester’s Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST) in 1986 and has held various roles in the chemical industry for over 30 years. For the last 16 years, he has specialised in product safety and regulatory affairs in a range of chemical manufacturers supplying the food packaging sector.
Neil joined Henkel in 2017 and became the Head of Global Food Safety for the Henkel Adhesives Technology business, leading a team of Henkel food safety specialists in all regions. Neil has been the Chair of the CEPE Can Sector Group since 2016 where he leads and co-ordinates European coatings manufacturers’ efforts through the development of guidelines, discussions with regulators and alignment with the coated metals packaging value chain.
