PFAS Global 2024

Dave Turk has been with EPA for over thirteen years. His focus is on improving the Agency’s ability to collect and disseminate information related to the management of chemicals. This work has included ordering testing on PFAS and other chemicals pursuant to section 4 of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) as well as rulemakings related to collecting data pursuant to section 8 (including on PFAS). Dave has also helped expand the Toxics Release Inventory Program’s (TRI’s) coverage of PFAS.
