Kristof Claes is senior administrator of the Belgian national helpdesk Chemicals & Products at the Federal Public Service of Health & Environment. He deals with a broad spectrum of topics, all of them related to EU legislation and its transposition into national law. BPR and CLP related questions however are by far the most common appearing ones among all others. Besides helpdesk coordination, he is also member of the HelpNet Steering Group at ECHA to discuss best practices with other member states, the European Commission and stakeholders.
