Dr Carsten Baehr is a technical and innovation leader with commercial, technical and regulatory expertise in biocides, industrial chemicals, personal care and consumer products. For close to 20 years he has managed regulatory and R&D groups across the different industry sectors. Carsten currently acts as Director Regulatory and R&D for Arxada Paints & Coatings and Materials Protection business lines.
