Meglena Mihova is a Managing Partner at EPPA, with over 20 years of experience in EU chemicals and environmental legislation.  She has been working on REACH since 2001.  She helped companies and industry associations to develop and implement successful advocacy strategy which resulted in mitigating risks for prioritization and restriction of substances under REACH and getting positive authorization outcome. 

She is a member of Operations Group and served as a Member of the Board of the American Chamber of Commerce in the EU. Prior to that, Meglena served 3 terms  as a-Chair of the Environment Committee. Meglena holds a Master’s degree in International and European law from the University of Paris II Pantheon-Assas and from the Institute of High International Studies, Paris. She speaks Bulgarian, Russian, English and French.
