Jason Ratcliff
Jason Ratcliff is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in biology, chemistry, and regulatory affairs. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Chemistry from Baylor University, Jason continued his academic career by obtaining a Master's degree in Biology from Baylor and later a Master's in Biomedical Sciences from the University of North Texas Health Science Center.
With over 13 years of experience in regulatory affairs, Jason has become a recognized expert in the field, specializing in the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and chemical regulations in the United States. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively in both facility and corporate settings within the chemical industry, gaining valuable insights into regulatory compliance and product safety standards.
Currently serving as the North American Group Leader for Chemicals and Product Safety at knoell USA, Jason leads a dedicated team responsible for approximately 15% of Section 5 submissions to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) each year. He and his team play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance and facilitating the safe introduction of chemicals into the market for their clients around the globe.
