Senior Consultant, Force Technology
M.Sc. in biochemistry/molecular biology from Aarhus University, Denmark, in 1991.
After working as a Laboratory Manager for the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration, Jens started working for FORCE Technology in 1997 and FORCE Certification in 1998.
He has 16 years of experience working with documentation of the safety of food contact materials and articles in all markets, with a focus on EU regulations and European national provisions.
At FORCE Technology he provides consultancy and training services on food contact regulations, documentation, testing, safety management, TOR exemption and FCN applications. Clients range from multinationals to family-owned businesses.
