Kimberly Sheehy
Kim is an experienced regulatory affairs professional with a focus on food contact materials. In her current role at Mars, she monitors global food contact regulations and ensures compliance for innovative packaging projects focused on enabling sustainability. Prior to Mars, Kim served as the subject matter expert in global food contact regulatory compliance at McCormick & Company. Kim gained most of her experience as a consultant delivering global food contact regulatory compliance strategies and risk mitigation solutions for clients across the supply chain.
Kim earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from Monmouth College and then went on to obtain a Masters in Biochemistry from Northern Illinois University. She continues her engagement in the industry by serving on the executive board of the Food Safety Alliance for Packaging industry group.
