Kara Arsenault
Kara Arsenault is a Manager within the Regulatory Innovation and Management Systems Division at Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC).
Kara joined ECCC last year after almost three years at Natural Resources Canada and thirteen years at Transport Canada, where she worked in a variety of policy- and program-based functions. Many of her past roles included environmentally related files such as the Canada Greener Homes Initiative and the Incentives for Zero-Emission Vehicles. She now manages the team responsible for coordinating the implementation of the recent amendments to modernize and strengthen the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999.
Kara is a graduate of the University of Ottawa with a graduate diploma in Public Management and Governance and a Bachelor of Communication with a minor in Business.
