A specialist in environmental policy and planning, Oliver has been working in public policy and research in Veolia for 25 years, in areas ranging from the REACH regulation, POPS and Basel conventions, energy transitions in building energy services, local energy loops, and the circular economy and business models. His involvement in circular economy standardisation dates back to 2017 with the French experimental standard, followed by the TC323 ISO, as an expert, and now as moderator to the TC 473 CEN Working Group on circular business models.
