Paolo Bonamigo
Paolo is an Associate Director at Anthesis group since October 2023, and as part of his activities, he supports Assovernici as Regulatory and Technical Manager, helping Assovernici members to navigate the complex regulatory developments around chemicals in Europe and Italy. Assovernici represents the Italian sectors of paints for construction, powder paints for industry and liquid paints for industry.
Paolo holds a master’s degree in industrial chemistry from the University of Padua (Italy) and after graduation he worked for around 5 years in the plastic manufacturing industry. After that, he worked in the printing ink industry for more than 10 years, in technical roles and in regulatory affairs. He led the European Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs team of Hubergroup for around 5 years, supporting the company strategy and R&D teams by monitoring and interpreting the regulatory trends in the chemicals legislation, and gaining extensive experience in EU-REACH, REACH-like regulations, CLP Regulation, and regulations around food contact materials and food packaging.
