I am a Chemical Engineer with a Master of Science in Process Engineering with a focus on solid and liquid waste management, air quality control and water quality assurance studies.
I have more than 15 years of professional experience in solid and hazardous waste management, wastewater, chemical management, thermal waste treatment, process safety and monitoring, reporting and verification (MRV) of emissions and implementation of mitigation measures in the waste sector.
Experience in the development of policies, plans and projects to promote and report on compliance with international commitments, such as environmental and chemicals requirements, in the accession and post-accession phases of Colombia to the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), and in the preparation and reporting of the National Greenhouse Gas Inventory and the mitigation and monitoring reports to the NDC for the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC)..
