Notable work with the National Solid Waste Policy, reverse logistics systems, circular economy, and shared responsibility throughout the product lifecycle.  

Consultant for the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), the Circular Plastics in the Americas Program (CPAP), the Institute of Technical Research (IPT), and the National Confederation of Industries (CNI) on studies and projects related to solid waste and the environment, having executed projects with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) and the World Bank.  

Professor of Executive MBA courses in ESG at IBMEC, and postgraduate courses in Environmental Law at PUC-SP and PUC-RS, as well as the MBA in Compliance and Corporate Governance at UFSCar, among other specialization courses. He is also the coordinator of executive education courses in Waste Management and Law, and Carbon Market and Regulation.  

Recognized by international publications such as Chambers and Partners (Latin America), Who’s Who Legal, Leaders League, Latin Lawyer, and The Legal 500 as a leading lawyer in the field of Environmental Law, particularly for his notable work on legal issues involving waste. Also recognized by the Análise Advocacia magazine (Brazil) as one of "The Most Admired in Law" in the "Environmental" category.  

Author of the Waste Law Collection, including the works "Reverse Logistics Systems for Packaging: State Regulations and Jurisprudence," organizer of the Waste Code, and co-author of the book "Solid Waste Management: What the Law Says," specifically the chapter on Sector Agreements, Regulations, and Commitment Terms in the collective work "National Policy, Management, and Administration of Solid Waste," among others.  

Independent advisor to the ESG Committee and member of the Circular Connection Movement of the UN Global Compact.  

Director of the Basic Sanitation Division at the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo (FIESP) and Coordinator of Sanitation for the Environmental Commission of OAB/SP. 

Participant in sessions of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee (INC) to address the binding international legal instrument on plastic pollution, including marine environments.
