Highlights from the conference
Our The EU’s Chemicals Strategy for Sustainability: Key Issues for Industry virtual event, which took place on 13 January, provided delegates with valuable information on the European Commission’s chemicals strategy for sustainability
The one-day virtual event provided expert comment from the European Commission, Echa, the European Parliament, Cefic and ChemSec topics including:
- the road for implementation of the strategy;
- the goal of one substance, one assessment: how it can be taken forward;
- enforcement issues; and
- expanding the use of generic risk assessment for consumer products.
