Susanne Smolka is a biologist specialising in ecotoxicology. She has been working for the Pesticide Action Network Germany (PAN Germany) since 2002. As senior policy advisor, she mainly accompanies the revision and implementation of national and European pesticide and biocide legislations with a focus on risk and use reduction measures, the regulation of endocrine disruptors and the promotion of environmentally friendly alternatives.
