Prepare yourself for K-REACH registration
South Korea’s K-REACH Regulation requires that the registration of existing substances be completed in stages. The first batch – of existing substances above 1,000 t/a – had to be registered by 31 December 2021. To achieve product compliance, it is essential that global companies with business in South Korea are aware of the challenges K-REACH registration presents and be well prepared.
