- 25 years with Procter & Gamble in R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Government Relations and global Sustainability. Most recently led Regulatory Affairs for P&G across India, ASEAN, and Australasia and served as a Director of P&G Thailand responsible for External Relations and Legal.
- 1993-6: Environmental Affairs Branch of Industry Canada (on loan from P&G). Focused on the renewal of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act.

B.A.Sc. and M.A.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, University of British Columbia.
