Since 1987, Li Yuncai has been engaged in chemicals hazards test research, hazardous chemicals safety technology and administration research, chemical accident emergency response technology research, and has participated in the draft and revision of laws, regulations and national standards on safety administration of chemicals, such as the Regulations on the Safety Administration of Hazards Chemicals.
