Dr O'Sullivan works on inspection and enforcement issues regarding the implementation of the REACH/CLP as well as OSH Regulations, specifically Chemical Agents and Carcinogen Regulations, relating to the workplace and worker health and safety. He also has experience of enforcement relating to the COMAH and Chemical Weapons legislation.
Prior to his work with the Health & Safety Authority, he was a Process Manager in the Pharma Chem industry for many years. He graduated with a PhD in Organic Chemistry from University College, Dublin
