  • Social media information - if you engage with CW Research on social media (commenting, liking, sharing or viewing posts/pages), that information is collected
  • Event attendance - if you sign up for an event CW Research is organising or attending, information that you provide may be gathered
  • Survey information - we occasionally send surveys after events or courses, and your participation is entirely voluntary. Your results will be collected for reporting purposes, and to help us improve our services
  • Contest information - we also occasionally hold contests or competitions, which are also voluntary. Contact information will be stored and used to notify the winner(s).
  • Third party information - we may collect information from third party partners such as those whose events we attend or exhibit at. Other third party information may be collected from publicly available profile information, such as from public social media posts.

We do not share, sell, lend or lease any of the information that might uniquely identify a subscriber (such as email addresses or personal details) with anyone except to the extent it is necessary to process transactions or provide services that you have requested.
