In the US, the chemical industry and its downstream users face the development of new or changing TSCA requirements as the Trump administration makes its mark throughout 2025 and the following years. Meanwhile, Canada is advancing its Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA) overhaul with a multi-year integrated plan for the management and assessment of chemical substances.

Taking place on 15-16 September – available to book separately or as part of the full Regulatory Summit – this event brings together leading organisations and experts from the regulatory community to assess and debate the key regulatory updates and critical trends shaping the chemicals management agenda for both new and existing chemicals in the US, Canada and beyond. This is an invaluable event to enable you to understand your regulatory obligations, maintain compliance and reduce risk.

The ticket price also includes FREE attendance to the new Compliance Solutions day at Regulatory Summit North America. Taking place on 17 September, this day brings together expert service providers to deliver practical solutions on how to navigate this regulatory complexity and ensure organizational compliance.

For a 360º view of the wider chemicals management regulatory landscape in North America, join us for all four days of Regulatory Summit North America. Find out more here.

These days precede the deep-dive days, with workshop sessions on best practice and actionable advice to enable delegates to develop strategies for prioritizing, interpreting, tracking and managing requirements relating to chemicals control regulation. On this day, service providers take center stage, providing delegates with plenty of opportunities to learn more, get answers to specific questions and build relationships.
