Sven Ruhl
Head of the Human Safety Group for Biocides, Knoell Germany GmbH
Sven is a biologist by training and holds a PhD in Biology. He has been working as regulatory toxicologist under EU REACh and BPR (Biocidal Products Regulation) requirements with knoell Germany GmbH since 2010. Since 2016 Sven manages the Human Safety group for Biocides at knoell Germany GmbH. His team develops and implements strategies to meet regulatory requirements and provides hazard and risk assessments for biocidal active substance and biocidal product dossiers according to the requirements of the EU BPR. Sven and his team also have extensive expertise with dietary and animal safety assessments, technical equivalence in Tier II, ED assessments, etc.
