She has spent her career in the chemical manufacturing industry, conducting regulatory analysis, risk management reviews, developing new products and processes for companies making surfactants, functional polymers and other specialty chemicals intended for use in consumer products.

Based in the Ottawa, Canada, Fourat is a highly skilled hazard communication professional with extensive expertise in GHS, WHMIS, and CLP. He has industry background, having previously worked as a regulatory consultant, where he helped clients in the EU, NA, and APAC regions author compliant Safety Data Sheets (SDS) that meet the specific requirements of each region. Additionally, Fourat has experience in performing compliance audits and holds certification in dangerous goods transport.
