Mr. Bryan Zhou is Deputy General Manager and Senior Regulatory Consultant of CIRS Europe based in Dublin, Ireland. He has been working for CIRS since 2015. He has practical experience on both global chemical and cosmetic regulations including EU, UK, China, South Korea and many other Asian countries. Bryan has assisted hundreds of EU companies meet regulatory compliance requirements in different regions.

Dean is a member of the CIRS Europe office based in Dublin, Ireland. He combines his knowledge of the chemical industry and his research experience to provide regulatory consultancy services, specialising in the industrial chemical sector.

Li is based in the CIRS Europe office in Dublin. He obtained his BA in Business and Law from the Technological University Dublin (Formerly DIT). Li has been living in Europe for over ten years, and has many years of experience in practical law and business law in Ireland, bringing a wealth of legal expertise and great public speaking skills to the Business Development team.
