Kim joined Enhesa Product Intelligence in 2023 and is responsible for overseeing and developing analytical content, tools and training courses to assist the industry in navigating through complex compliance frameworks for Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Mary Foley has over 25 years’ experience in strategy and risk and is currently a Forbes Contributor in their Money > Investing Section. She has been a part of the current Enhesa team since 2020 and initially worked with its fore runner when it was first established over 25 years ago. She is now the Expert Services Strategy Director responsible for delivering EHS and Sustainability global regulatory intelligence to multinational corporate clients.

Lars is a partner in the corporate department in Fieldfisher's Brussels office. He brings over 20 years of experience in EU and Belgian company law, M&A transactions and commercial law, acting as trusted advisor for many investors, dynamic start-ups, medium-sized and multinational businesses and their owners, including as in-house group legal counsel of a technology company listed on Euronext Brussels. 

Paolo Bonamigo is an Associate Director at Anthesis Group, where he advises companies and trade associations on regulatory developments around chemicals, and support REACH Consortia management. He holds a master’s degree in industrial chemistry. He worked in the printing ink industry for more than 10 years, in technical roles and in regulatory affairs. He led the European Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs team of a major printing inks manufacturer for around 5 years, supporting the company strategy and R&D teams by monitoring and interpreting the regulatory trends in the chemicals legislation. He currently acts as a Technical and Regulatory Manager for Assovernici, the Italian coatings manufacturer association.

Dr. Wibke Lölsberg joined BASF as a laboratory manager in the field of aerogel research. After heading the global marketing and business development of SLENTEX within the Performance Materials Division at BASF, she joined the Corporate Sustainability Strategy in 2021. Currently, she is leading strategy projects dealing with the Sustainability Transformation of BASF as well as Safe and Sustainable by Design (SSbD).

Rudolf has more than 20 years of experience advising international clients on product and chemical safety. He coordinates a wide range of projects from assisting clients in the design, implementation and auditing of global PS management systems and compliance programmes to meeting specific regulatory requirements for chemical registration/authorization/notification and other product compliance requirements.

Being part of the chemicals team at ClientEarth, Julian focuses on the implementation and reform of the EU chemicals regulation REACH. Tackling chemicals in product legislation, e.g. in connection with ecodesign, is another of his topics.

Bruno has over 25 years of successful experience in business management, building and driving the international business of chemicals and biomaterials. Since 2016, Bruno has been heading Sustainable Portfolio Management (SPM) within Corporate Sustainable Development at Solvay, now Syensqo. SPM is a key strategic tool to steer decision making towards sustainable solutions to seize value growth opportunities.​

Triin is the Manager of DUCC. The platform’s main focus is successful implementation of the requirements of the REACH and CLP Regulations, and therefore Triin is working on initiatives and proposals under these legislations. In addition, she is active on topics related to substitution planning, improving supply chain communication, and training professional workers.

A specialist in environmental policy and planning, Oliver has been working in public policy and research in Veolia for 25 years, in areas ranging from the REACH regulation, POPS and Basel conventions, energy transitions in building energy services, local energy loops,  and the circular economy and business models. His involvement in circular economy standardisation dates back to 2017 with the French experimental standard, followed by the TC323 ISO, as an expert, and now as moderator to the TC 473 CEN Working Group on circular business models.  

Head of the Process and Product Safety Unit at the ITENE Technology Center. She is an Environmental Scientist with expertise in pollution, toxicology and environmental health. Her background is on in vitro and in silico approaches to assess toxicity of materials, leading the technical management of the Toxicology Laboratory at ITENE. In the recent years, she has specialised in the definition and implementation of Safe- and Sustainable- by Design (SSbD) strategies, participating in and coordinating numerous European projects in this field, and actively contributing to the EC and JRC. She is also an active member of the European NanoSafety Cluster and the European Cluster for the study of the effects of micro- and nanoplastics on human health (CUSP).

Athanasios Gkrillas is a Risk Assessor at Merck, Hoeilaart, Belgium, specializing in human and environmental health exposure assessments for Safe and Sustainable by Design (SSbD). He is an active member of various task forces within CEFIC and ECETOC. Athanasios holds a PhD in chemical risk assessment from the University of Parma. His previous experience includes roles as an exposure assessor at the Norwegian Institute of Public Health and, most recently, at DOW Chemicals.

Emily Adair is a businesswoman with three decades of experience in sustainability leadership, international sales and business development from USA, South Africa and EU. She holds an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Science from WITS University, South Africa. Emily is passionate about driving the business case for sustainability, and has led ground breaking initiatives across diverse sectors. She is currently part of the global sustainability team at Hempel A/S, a world-leading supplier of trusted, sustainable and innovative coating solutions.

Dr Dixit Parmar is Sustainability Manager at Lubrizol within the Corporate Sustainability Group reporting directly to the Chief Sustainability Officer. He holds a Masters and PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Manchester. Dixit is the key point of contact for all stakeholders to help implement their sustainability strategies. His role involves guiding strategic and practical sustainability efforts to enhance value across various business divisions. He is responsible for leading the journey on Sustainable Solutions and is also in charge with ensuring that Lubrizol’s capabilities around Life Cycle Assessments continues to evolve to meet the needs of the present and future. He has accumulated over 9 years experience working in the speciality chemical industry and prior to Lubrizol, he spent 2 years as a researcher at the RWTH Aachen in Germany.

Anna Ossolińska is a part of the Carbon Minds Database team, where she supports the development and maintenance of environmental data solutions. She also manages a key database project for the European Commission, coordinating with stakeholders to help drive progress and execution. With a background in chemical engineering and experience in project management and data development, Anna’s work on the EF4.0 database development project involves applying methodological insights and aligning perspectives. She holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from TU Delft, where she focused on Process Engineering, Technology Management, and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA).

Andrew Xeni is a visionary technology and retail entrepreneur. After building a successful manufacturing business supplying the UK high street, Xeni went on to create eco-conscious brand, Nobody’s Child, named 2023 Drapers Retailer of the Year (<£100m), of which Marks & Spencer is a strategic investor and shareholder. Merging both retail and technology, Xeni founded award-winning retail tech companies, Fabacus and Soreto. As CEO of Fabacus, a DaaS (Data-as-a-Service) technology business servicing the licensing and retail industries, Xeni has top tier clients including NBC Universal, Hasbro, Paramount, Fanatics, UFC, Epic Games and IMG, part of Endeavor.

Anna Zhenova is the CEO of Green Rose Chemistry, a mission-driven consultancy working to accelerate the sustainable chemical transition. She started her career in the US, working in labs at MIT, Caltech, and Carnegie Mellon before applying her chemistry expertise to advance green chemistry at the GC3. After earning her Ph.D. at the University of York, she founded Green Rose Chemistry in 2019 to provide unbiased expertise to companies transitioning to sustainability. She works with clients in industries ranging from fragrances to construction manufacturing, bringing green chemistry out of the lab and into practical use.

Sue Bullock is Head of Chemicals Stewardship and Sustainability at TSG Consulting. With over 30 years’ experience in human health and environmental consultancy, Sue specializes in providing strategic and technical advice to chemical producers, downstream users and product manufacturers around the world. She provides support for global chemical regulation and stewardship across numerous markets, is an expert in risk assessment, and is currently helping organisations on a range of product-focused sustainability initiatives.

Dr. Jonas Rehn-Groenendijk is Senior Design Researcher at the Innovation- and Transformation Platform for Sustainable Development (itp:ne) at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences and holds a doctorate in design research and industrial design. He is currently leading the European transdisciplinary project “Enable Digital Product Passports with Chemicals Traceability for a Circular Economy (ECHT)”.

Charmaine is Head of Content (Events) for Chemical Watch Events & Training by Enhesa, leading the development and execution of content strategy across global conferences. Previously, as well as market intelligence roles at consultancies AMI and Zenith Global, she has worked in industry including Danone and Amcor.
