Highlights from the 2020 conference
Our first virtual Enforcement Summit, which took place on 30 September 2020, gave attendees the chance to hear the latest on European and global regulatory enforcement challenges.
Using a mix of presentations, discussion panels and Q&A sessions, the conference welcomed experts from experts from Echa, Ministry of Health (Italy), Vistalworks, Cefic, The Forum for Exchange of Information on Enforcement and CHEM Trust to share insights into:
- updates from the Echa Enforcement Forum;
- enforcement issues around chemicals legislation overlapping with REACH;
- developments for chemicals enforcement in the UK;
- enforcement challenges around e-commerce/online sales with regards to chemicals; and
- chemicals enforcement of imports/ed articles.
