Ellen is associated with SAHTECH as a project manager. Ellen is responsible for the Help Desk for International Chemical Management on behalf of Taiwan Industrial Development Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs (IDB, MOEA). Ellen represents SAHTECH at the APEC Chemical Dialogue, and UN International Conference on Chemicals Management.
She has been closely involved in theinteragency cooperation, and the legislative review and amendment drafting for TCSCA and OSH Act. Ellen is currently working on the development and implementation planning of the Designated Standard Registration scheme under TCSCA, and the risk assessment scheme for the safety standards of the consumer products.
