Bringing Asia to the US with the latest developments in Asia chemicals regulations
AsiaHub Summit USA is a two-day conference taking place in Washington, DC on 21-22 March 2019.
This unique event provides US-based organisations the chance to get to grips with the latest updates in chemical regulations in Asia.
Throughout the two days you will get the opportunity to hear from regulators and speakers from industry, who will provide their perspectives both the regulations themselves and best practice for staying compliant.
The first day will focus on developments in China, with speakers from the Chinese government available throughout the day to take your questions. The programme on day two will feature presentations from speakers representing countries across the rest of Asia, including South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, India, and Australia.
Just some of the topics covered at this year’s event will include:
- Compliance with China REACH, including alternatives to animal testing
- Food contact and cosmetics regulations in China
- Updates on K-REACH and K-BPR
- Chemicals management in Japan, Thailand, and India
Is this event for you?
If you export chemicals or products to Asia, this event is for you. You will find it particularly relevant if you work in/with cosmetics, biocides, food/beverage (FCM), personal care products and household products.
