Event overview
The second annual Food Contact Regulations Asia conference welcomed a team of expert speakers from Asia and the rest of the world to share the latest developments in food contact materials (FCMs) regulations from Asia.
The informative event took place on 23 November in Singapore, and featured presentations by representatives from organisations such as Keller and Heckman, Chemtopia, knoell, Food Safety Authority of Ireland, Nestle Quality Assurance Centre and more. These expert speakers shared their knowledge and expertise on country-specific developments in the regulatory landscape of FCMs, including:
- Current and future trends of global food contact materials regulations;
- FCM regulatory developments in China;
- FCM regulations in South Korea, Thailand, Japan, Vietnam, Australia and New Zealand;
- European food packaging controls; and,
- Challenges for enforcement and compliance in FCM regulations.
