In this free one-hour webinar, Jessica and Raquel will present a brief overview of the regulatory modernisation in Canada with respect to pesticide devices and biocides.
Modernisation of the regulations as they relate to pesticide devices was published in 2022, though much discussion and engagement with industry occurred in advance of that. The biocide Regulations are set to be published in the Canada Gazette Part II in spring 2023. These much-anticipated regulations are expected to streamline the process for hard surface disinfectant registration, and bring the entire program under a single roof.
